PO Routing and Container Tracking for Parts Supply

Right source, right shipment, reconciled on arrival.

When a PO goes to the wrong supplier or a container lands short, the cost lands on you. We build PO routing that sends each order to the best source by cost, availability, and lead time, tracks it whether it ships in a container or comes from local stock, and reconciles receiving so shortages and overages never slip through.

Who it's for: Distributors, importers, and parts warehouses managing multi-source purchasing and inbound freight.

Problems we solve

If any of these sound like your day, there's software that fixes it.

  • POs sent to the wrong or slower source by mistake

  • No visibility on where a container is or when it lands

  • Receiving that doesn't match what was ordered or invoiced

  • Shortages and overages caught weeks later, if at all

  • Juggling local and overseas sourcing in separate spreadsheets

What we build

Concrete deliverables, shaped to how your business actually runs.

  • Automated PO routing by cost, availability, lead time, and supplier rules

  • Container tracking with ETAs and status from booking to arrival

  • Local sourcing flows tracked alongside overseas shipments in one view

  • Three-way receiving reconciliation against PO and invoice

  • Shortage, overage, and damage flags raised at receiving

  • Landed-cost and lead-time reporting to sharpen future sourcing

Questions we get asked

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask us below.

How does automatic PO routing decide the source?

It applies your rules, weighing cost, availability, lead time, and supplier preferences, then routes each line or order to the best source, with manual override whenever you want it.

Can you track both containers and local deliveries?

Yes. Overseas containers show ETAs and milestone status, while local purchases are tracked in the same view, so everything inbound lives in one place.

What is receiving reconciliation?

When goods arrive, we match what was received against the PO and the supplier invoice, then flag any shortage, overage, or price mismatch before it becomes a costly surprise.

Do you support EDI with my suppliers?

Yes. We've built an in house EDI pipeline that receives purchase orders and sends back acknowledgments, ship notices and invoices automatically, and we can connect API or feed-based suppliers too.

Can I see landed cost per shipment?

Yes. We roll freight, duties, and fees into landed cost per PO or container so your true cost, and your margins, stay accurate.
